Today is Andy man candys 30th birthday. If you see him on the road give him a high five for being a great sport.

Well we promised some snaps of Slim shredding his new S&M ATF over the Long Weekend so here they are! Simon was lucky enough to be on the Roadtripz.com.au Dubbo Mission. Thanks go to Nick Alderton for taking the photos, I pinched these from his facebook. Looked like an awesome weekend!

Two angles on a very tasty pancake, looks like Slim got used to the new frame in no time!
I had to post this photo of local nut Blake Ellis while i’m on the topic of Dubbo. Apparently this kid gets higher then Benn Pigot!?

Re-live those faded memories and go back to the future with these very snazzy Re-issues.

Build one of these guys up and you’ll be set for Hill bomb getaways from Triad gangs.
And your head while your at it! New Protec stock arrived today and boy they look nice! Chase Hawk (right) and Cory Nastazio (left) signature brain buckets? Why not!

The team at Deluxe have dished up some awesome parts once again, come in the shop and get a closer look. Highly drool worthy. First in line is this very handsome frame, this photo is a little saturated as the colour is actually much lighter and creamier, a real class act!

Next up, Heat treated XXL Bars in Raw, Chrome and Black. 8.25″ High and 28″ Wide.

Why not grab a new seat and seat clamp while your at it? The Deluxe one peice seat/seat pole combo are smart and simple while the seatclamps ooze the class and style that Deluxe are fast becoming renowned for..

Last but not least, new and old sprocket designs, available in 25t, 28t and 30t. There’s also the odd 36 lurking as well. All available in Red, Blue, Polished and Black.

So last week we posted up a link to the intro of John’s Young latest DVD Steadfast 2, and here as promised is another section that we can’t get enough of. Hell on Wheels Team Members Xave Koen and Alex Liiv get plenty of running time so set your face to stun and take in the shittiest BMX jam Sydney has had offer.

Imagine that! A skatepark that is actually good near the city!? Sounds absurd, but could very well be a possibility. Head down and help us get the insanely good skatepark we know Balmain needs.

Aaron Ross is the boss!

His grips ain’t bad either! Come instore and snatch up some eye candy for your bicycle! Just $19.95 a set.

Once again, at the risk of sounding like your grandfather, I have come across some amazing old Props interviews from over ten years ago that ever rider needs to see. As you all know by now I do have a man crush on Brian Foster. Props have just posted his interview from 1997. Just to let you know how old and crap I am ,I still have this issue ( number 17 I believe ) on VHS at home. I cant tell you how many times I have watched this thing, but I assure you it is well worth a look.
The second one is the Garret Byrnes interview from Props issue 35 way back in 2001. Garret has to be one of the biggest influences on BMX of the last 10 years ( you can thank him for creating many good pegless grinds ). He has also been riding for T1 since the very start. Do yourself a favour and watch both of these gems of BMX history, I sound rediculous and old manish (come one now im only 25) but trust me you will learn something here. Enjoy

John Young, the Video Master has uploaded his baby! Steadfast 2 in its full glory is now available on John’s Steadfast Vimeo page. We are going to be putting up our favourite sections over the next few days for your viewing pleasure. Here’s the intro, see if you can spot all the locally filmed lines, Newtown Represent!

Scooters beware! LOOK OUT, there’s an angle grinder in his bag!

Or ATF, is now in the dialled hands of our good friend Simon. Slim shreds the gnar at Five Dock on the daily and I can tell his new bike is going to SOAR!

So Saucy! With any luck we will have some snaps of him shredding his new ride after the long weekend..

Today we urge all riders to take 9 minutes of their day in silence to respect to the founding fathers of the BMX establishment. And to help with this simply press play. Treasure these 9 minutes of glory, with a soundtrack from no less than the man himself; Barry White. FTW!
