Wednesday, March 17th, 2010

Before the internet came along, getting a new BMX mag was one of the best things in the world. For many the excitement of flipping through a fresh off the print magazine may have lost its appeal due to the vast amounts of good content online. But its good to know that there are still a handful of amazing print mags out there. Some of the finer examples are now in stock.

We just got the latest issue in as well as the previous issue which happens to be the Photo issue and boy is it a doozy. Lastly is a new aussie mag called Classic BMX .This is a great little mag if your into all things retro and radical. Next time you computer dies for the 80th time, remember the magazine, it will always be there for you

Friday, March 12th, 2010

Francois is the latest Hell On Wheels custom creation. Who would have thought seafoam green and anodised purple would go together so well. This time we have gone with a superstar new deal frame, with proper wheels , stem, and sprocket. The cranks are Twenty alloy baddies, Fit plastic pivotal seat ,plastic PCP  pedals and grips, Kink Badger bars and Sunday forks. With a good mix of French, English and American parts we should have really given this bike a world war 11 themed name.

 Francois is definitely a charmer.

The pride of France could be all yours for $1399

THE TRIUMPHANT RETURN OF SOME OLD FAVOURITES

Friday, March 12th, 2010

A bunch of our most popular products ever all turned up at the same time today. I know many have been eagerly awaiting the return of Mr Delarosa’s fine handlebar grabbing devices. The wait is over my friends the Animal Edwin grip is now back in stock in all colours. Dont wait too long as these things are equally as popular with the scooter crowd, and those kids seem to be spreading like the plague , so beat them to it!

Awesome Edwin grips in an equally as awesome cardboard box!

Also back in are Steven Hamiltons finest plastic bicycle velocity device ever. The Animal Plastic Hamilton pedals are here in all colours and rad as ever.

Our most popular complete bike of last Christmas  was  the WTP Justice. Just look at it, how could it not have been popular. Both colours are here in stock right now and rad as ever. There is a lightning bolt sticker on the forks too, that is reason enough to purchase one WTPs greatest efforts.

Last of all WTPS 24 inch machine has had a name change from the AVENUE to the AVENGER. Wow a badass bike just got instantly more badass. When we received these on the first order they sold the same day as they were assembled. I think that has to be some kind of record. Dont worry though i havent had time to assemble these baddies yet so you still have time to check one out,but as soon as its out on the floor look out cause they wont hang about.

GOOD TIMES

Thursday, March 11th, 2010

For a lot of people BMX racing kind of stopped being fun a few years back when the whole clippy pedal thing came along. With street and skateparks becoming the most popular forms of BMX in recent years lots of people forgot where BMX came from. This video is about a bunch english riders who wanted to escape the damp cold english days by going on a sweet french road trip. Hitting some of Frances finest BMX race tracks, this video has a rad fun vibe and reminds us that BMX racing isnt all bright colours and loud competitive parents yelling at their kids because they didnt pedal enough, it looks like they had a rad time. Enjoy

K- WERNZ INSTORE!

Monday, March 1st, 2010

The artist formerly known as trail demon Karl Werner, is no longer. This hip hop legend has reinvented himself once more just like his idol Puff Daddy,( or P- diddy or what ever the bloody hell he calls himself nowadays ) as K-WERNZ. YEAH BOI. Dont expect to see K-WERNZ down the trails any time soon as he has been busy laying down his sweet new album tittled ” WALLY IS DA BOSS “.

We were privileged enough to get a surprise visit last week. Kids if you see K-WERNZ out on his bike be sure to tell him to get the hell back to the studio and to stop waisting time on BMX bikes. That shits for kids yo!

NEW KINK GOODIES!

Monday, March 1st, 2010

First up is Kinks new sprocket called the Static. These hot little numbers are clean , simple and light. At only $59 they are pretty darn tempting.

Fully CNC machined out of high quality 7075 Alloy abd at only 3mm thick these things are light as bro!

Kinks new bars are the Wolf bars. Kinks Lynx bars have been one of our most popular bars to date so the Wolfs shouldn’t be any different. Featuring the same TRU THERM post weld heat treating as the Lynx bars , the wolfs are that little bit bigger for those of you out there who are way too manly for anything smaller. 8.5 inch rise and 29 inches wide . $139 for black and $149 for the chromies ( but who needs to choose anyhow, chrome bars make you an instant badass)
